Case study / B2B supply

Casanest

Casanest is a B2B supplier of furniture, IT and more. I redesigned its site around quote requests and ready-made packages.

The Brief

Casanest is a supplier with 25 years in the Egyptian market. It fits out whole spaces with furniture, IT devices, electrical appliances and curtains, for companies, schools, hospitals, places of worship and conference halls.

The client needed two things to be easy: asking for a quote, and registering interest in the ready-made packages. The site is bilingual, in Arabic and English.

The Challenge

Every product I checked shows Price on Request, so the quote has to be the main path rather than a checkout. The challenge was to make asking for a quote simple at every level, from one product to a whole package.

Key Decisions

Packages first. The Pre-Curated Solutions page lists five ready-made packages, one for each kind of space: Places of Worship, Private Tutoring Centers, Hospitals and Medical Centers, Corporate Offices & Workspaces, and Conference Halls and Theaters. Each card shows the items in its base bundle, from 9 to 32, and a View & Customize Package button.

Customize, then ask. A package page has a Your Package panel that counts the items selected, for example 12 of 15, with two buttons: Get This Package now and Add to Quote List. A note says the final pricing is sent by the team after you submit.

Quote from any product. Each product page shows Price on Request, the minimum order quantity, and two actions: Request a Quote now and Add to Quote List. Added items collect in a quote list marked No Payment, No Obligation, which goes to the procurement team for a custom quote.
